The Dutch Law stipulates an asbestos survey must be performed by a SC-540 certified inspection company prior to real estate renovation or demolishment works.
During the survey, materials containing asbestos fibers are investigated, sampled and then sent to a certified laboratory for analysis. The survey results are compiled in a comprehensive report.
